Thank you for using Easy Brick. By using our website or app, you agree to the following terms. Please read the full terms carefully before use.

1. General Information

Easy Brick is an online platform where retail and wholesale buyers can easily order bricks. All orders placed via the app or website fall under these terms and conditions.

2. User Account

  • Users can create an account using their phone number.
  • Users must maintain the confidentiality of their account and login information.
  • Easy Brick may suspend or cancel any account if false or fraudulent information is provided.

3. Order & Payment

  • After placing an order, our representative will call to confirm the order.
  • Delivery charges will be determined based on your location.
  • Payment can be made via Cash on Delivery, partial payment, or full payment.
  • If paying via bank, the payment slip must be uploaded as proof.

4. Delivery

  • Delivery time and cost may vary according to the buyer's location.
  • Easy Brick shall not be held liable for delivery delays caused by natural disasters, vehicle issues, or other unavoidable circumstances.

5. Return & Cancellation

  • Once an order is confirmed, it can only be cancelled in special cases.
  • If there are issues with the quality or quantity of the bricks received, you must contact our support team within 24 hours.

6. Liability

  • Easy Brick is solely an online ordering platform; the responsibility for the quality of goods lies with the supplier.
  • Product images and descriptions displayed in the app may differ slightly from reality.

7. Data Privacy

  • Users' personal information will be kept completely confidential.
  • User data will not be shared with any third party unless required by law.

8. Changes

Easy Brick reserves the right to change or update these terms at any time. Amended terms will be effective immediately upon publication on the app or website.

10. Account Deletion

We respect your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you may do so by following these steps:

  • In-App Request: Navigate to Profile Settings > Delete Account and confirm your request.
  • Email Request: You may also request account deletion by sending an email to support@easybrick.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include your registered phone number.

Note: Upon account deletion, all your personal information will be permanently removed from our active databases. However, we may retain certain data (such as transaction history) for a limited period if required by law or for financial record-keeping purposes.
