• Workflow Data: We store your saved prompts, categories, and workflow templates. This data is stored locally on your device and, if signed in, synced to your private cloud storage via Google Firebase Firestore.
• Subscription Data: We use Lemon Squeezy to manage professional subscriptions. While we do not store your credit card details, we maintain your subscription status and billing email to verify Pro tier features.
• Usage Stats: We track local metadata like prompt usage counts and "Last Used" timestamps to help you organize your own data. This metadata is never shared with third parties.

03 How Your Data is Used

Your data is used exclusively to facilitate your AI workflows:

• To provide the core functionality of prompt saving and injection.
• To synchronize your library across different browsers and devices.
• To manage and verify your professional subscription status.

We do not track, store, or monitor your actual conversations with AI models (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini). Promptly only interacts with the prompts you explicitly save to its library.

• Storage: To cache your prompts locally for instant offline access.
• Host Permissions: To enable the Sidebar injection on AI platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.
