1 Introduction

The UniSavi mobile application (the "App") is owned by UniSavi Ltd, a company incorporated in the United Kingdom. The App is operated by UniSavi EdTech Ltd, a subsidiary incorporated in Nigeria, which manages student services, applications, and support within Africa. By downloading, accessing, or using this App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2 Purpose of the App

• Exploring educational opportunities.
• Submitting applications to partner institutions.
• Managing communications and applications.
• Processing payments through authorized third-party payment providers.

3 Age Restriction

• The App is intended for individuals aged 16 and above.
• If you are under 18 years old, you may only use the App and submit applications with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must authorize UniSavi with a consent agreement to act on your behalf.

4 Account Registration

• Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
• UniSavi reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or breach.

5 Intellectual Property

• All rights in the App, its content, and its trademarks are the exclusive property of UniSavi Ltd (UK).
• UniSavi EdTech Ltd (Nigeria) is licensed to operate and use these rights within Africa.
• Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

6 Payments & Pricing

• All payments are processed exclusively through trusted third-party providers (e.g., Flutterwave, Flywire).
• UniSavi does not collect or store credit card or bank account details.
• Users are responsible for ensuring payment details provided to third parties are accurate.
• All package prices displayed in the App are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) in Nigeria and Ghana, and Digital Services Tax (DST) in Kenya, where required by law.
• UniSavi EdTech Ltd (Nigeria) is responsible for collecting and remitting such taxes to the appropriate authorities when services are provided to users in those jurisdictions.
• For users outside these countries, pricing may not be including local taxes, and you may be responsible for pay them with our service as duties or levies imposed by your country of residence.

7 Acceptable Use

• Use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Upload content that is false, defamatory, offensive, or infringing.

8 Suspension and Termination

• Users violate these Terms, or
• Such action is necessary to comply with legal or regulatory requirements.

9 Limitation of Liability

• UniSavi Ltd (UK) and UniSavi EdTech Ltd (Nigeria) are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this App.
• The App and its services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

10 Governing Law and Local Rights

• These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
• Users may also have mandatory rights under the consumer and data protection laws of their country of residence (including, without limitation, the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act (Nigeria), the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation, the Kenya Data Protection Act, and the Ghana Data Protection Act).
• Where required by law, disputes may be brought before the courts of the user’s country of residence.
